In the nutrition facts labels found on any of the food products, it should be specified what percentage of sugars of a daily basis each item contains. Without this information, people do not know how much excess of sugars they are consuming each day.

As far as the advertisements about food that we see everywhere each day, it is evident that they are only about unhealthy food that is tempting to the eye of the consumer increase their desire for it. There should be a policy that for each ad launched about a certain product; there should evenly be one promoting the consumption of fruits and vegetables.
